Job Description

A Finance & Accounting Managed Services Delivery Manager isresponsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of Accounting and Financial managed services to role is critical to ensuring operational excellence for our client services while also owning the client relationship from a service performance and account growth perspective. You will serve as a strategic liaison between our delivery team and client leadership accountable for managing service delivery teams ensuring adherence to SLAs and maintaining strong client will focus on service quality cost control continuous improvement of service delivery processes and long-term client value.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients acting as a point of contact for service-related issues and ensuring high client satisfaction and a deep understanding of the clients business priorities and align services and delivery strategic to support clients goals. Identifying opportunities to bring further value from our services and grow our footprint within the client. Own expansion renewal and growth of our services with our client.

  • Service Delivery Management:Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Finance and Accounting managed services including planning execution monitoring and continuous improvements. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery and performance. Ensure delivery team meet or exceed SLAs KPIs and compliance standards. Lead service operational governance including progress reviews and providing insight on performance risks and opportunities. Drive continuous improvement automation and standardization of processes elevating the value of our client services. Ensure successful onboarding and scope expansion collaborating with client and internal stakeholders.

  • Team Management:Leading and managing service delivery teams including assigning tasks providing guidance and performance evaluation.

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) Adherence: Ensuring that services consistently meet or exceed agreed-upon SLAs and quality regular service and business reviews internally and with clients.

  • Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve service quality.

  • Cost Management: Monitoring and controlling costs associated with managed services delivery ensuring they stay within budget.

  • Technical Expertise: Possessing a strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes technologies and service delivery processes.

  • Problem Resolution: Quickly identifying analyzing and resolving service-related issues to minimize disruption and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Communication and Reporting: Maintaining clear communication with clients service delivery teams and other stakeholders providing regular status reports and updates.

  • Compliance: Ensuring that services adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Accounting Finance or Business preferred. CPA/CA would be ideal

  • Experience:Proven experience (10 years) in Finance and Accounting service delivery management and client relationship accountabilities in a shared or outsourced services environment

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Excellent communication interpersonal and client relationship management skills

  • Technical Skills:Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes technologies and best practices. Familiarity with automation/RPA tools (UiPath Power Automate etc.) would be plus

  • Leadership Skills:Ability to lead and motivate teams delegate tasks effectively and provide constructive feedback.

  • Management Skills:Experience in SLA/KPI governance reporting and operational dashboards.

  • Problem-Solving Skills:Strong ability to analyze problems identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

  • Project Management Skills:Ability to plan execute and monitor managed service delivery projects.

  • Continuous Improvement Mindset:Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
