Job Title: Insurance Producer
Job Summary:
Seeking a driven and energetic Insurance Producer to join a growing team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities through networking and sales while identifying growth markets for the agency. The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset collaborates well with others and is motivated to build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking and outbound sales efforts.
- Identify and pursue emerging markets to support agency growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service.
- Develop customized insurance solutions based on client needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients prospects and industry contacts.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- 2 years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and high energy.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Compensation Package:
- Compensation: Between $50K-$55K (based on experience) commissions
