Job Description Summary
The Clinical Data Pharmacist is responsible for extracting analyzing and interpreting clinical data from electronic health records (EHR) to support pharmacy formulary management medication utilization reviews research initiatives and quality improvement projects. Job Description
The Clinical Data Pharmacist is responsible for extracting analyzing and interpreting clinical data from electronic health records (EHR) to support pharmacy formulary management medication utilization reviews research initiatives and quality improvement projects. Additional Job Description
Minimum Training and Education: Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelors degree in pharmacy. Completion of a pharmacy residency preferred.
Required Licensure Certifications Registrations: Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required
