Our AI agent helps businesses handle even the trickiest high-stakes customer support queries safely and effectively all while giving them the visibility and control they need to trust the outcomes.
Were still a small team (20 people) made up of people whove worked at Monzo Pleo Google and other leading tech companies. Our office is just a short walk from Liverpool Street Station and most of us come in 23 days a week to collaborate and catch up.

As an AI Delivery Lead youll be responsible for helping enterprise customers achieve real measurable results through automation. Youll scope and lead projects that embed our platform deeply into their operations and drive strategic outcomes that matter.
You will:
Take care of the end-to-end delivery and integration of our platform into customers environment. Understand their objectives requirements and the current ops landscape. Propose agree and execute on a project plan to deliver the integration.
Help customers tailor our AI agent and capabilities to their needs enhancing its ability to resolve end-user questions by enabling and optimising key features and helping customers to solve unique operational challenges.
Collaborate closely with internal Sales AI and Engineering teams providing valuable feedback to help shape the product and better meet customer needs. Early on you may also assist with POCs legal/security due diligence and transitioning from trial to implementation.
Dive into the data to track AI performance and proactively drive results by understanding and achieving success for each customer whether its faster resolutions solving unique use cases or enhancing customer experiences.
Build repeatable high-quality onboarding and implementation processes that set customers up for long-term success.
Has experience in forward-deployed customer-facing roles at high-growth tech companies
Thrives in fast-paced ambiguous environments and creates structure where its needed
Has owned and delivered complex multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end and is motivated by execution not just ideas.
Communicates clearly and confidently with technical and non-technical audiences including senior stakeholders.
Has a strong technical grasp (APIs integrations) and can collaborate closely with engineering teams.
Thinks analytically and is comfortable using tools like Looker Omni or SQL to surface insights.
Is customer-obsessed and always pushing to deliver real outcomes not just check the boxes.
Has an entrepreneurial mindset and finds creative pragmatic solutions that balance customer goals with whats possible.
