Amazons Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) Voice of Seller team seeks a Senior Program Manager with technical skills set and a proven ability to influence across multiple organizations. Over the last 20 years the share of physical gross merchandise sales sold on Amazon by third-party Sellers has grown. With Sellers in multiple countries listing their products for sale on the Amazon Marketplace these Sellers are increasingly critical to delivering on Amazons vision of offering the Earths largest selection and lowest prices. In our vision to build a global marketplace we will provide easy-to-use tools enabling Sellers to make intuitive choices about how they send their inventory into Amazons Fulfillment Network in order to make their selection available to customers globally.
You will join a dynamic team at the forefront of this vision to grow our suite of inbound and capacity solutions creating a richer end-to-end Seller Experience (SX) while improving FBA profitability. This role will expose you to Seller pain points and ability to reshape their experience by owning continuous improvements for a strategic global supply chain program. You will develop and report on business metrics that enable your program goals work cross functionally with product finance engineering and analytics stakeholders and develop automation mechanisms to drive scalability.
Key job responsibilities Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive growth in one of the underpenetrated segments for FBA and to partner with Science Ops Business and Finance to drive reduction in cost to serve our Customers. Drive operational excellence across inbound and capacity projects and find opportunities to grow scale and improve existing FBA programs launch new products and successfully measure outcomes Drive alignment with senior leaders and key cross-functional partners Identify automation opportunities to scale SX services and tools design processes and procedures that scale with the business growth in volume complexity across Established and Emerging Marketplaces Set delivery/completion dates of program milestones and establish a regular review cadence to report on the state and impact of your initiatives according to established goals Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns. Set-up mechanisms to audit and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet business objectives Partner closely with other program/product managers category teams operations associates and tech leads to deliver on your roadmap
- Bachelors degree - 5 years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field - 2 years of driving process improvements experience
