This position is responsible for analyzing developing and enhancing system functionality within iCE Workflow and Business Objects to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy. The role involves reviewing system specifications managing change requests testing system functionality and generating reports to support business needs. Additionally the position collaborates with users to identify system improvements develop technical documentation and provide training on system changes. By ensuring compliance with business process automation data reporting and regulatory requirements this role plays a critical part in optimizing system workflows and supporting operational effectiveness.
Review system specifications and analyze change requirements for new programs and modifications to iCE and Workflow ensuring accuracy and efficiency in system enhancements.
Develop and manage change orders and SIFs representing system issues to Business Enterprises (BE) and identifying necessary improvements.
Design and test system functionality preparing test data and procedures to evaluate program accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Create and maintain documents reports and screens in Business Objects Workflow and iCE to support operational needs.
Conduct user analysis meetings and provide training to Provider Enrollment (PE) unit staff on system changes and enhancements.
Collaborate with users to identify system improvements determine access methods and recommend enhancements for efficiency.
Receive training in writing and testing programming specifications developing expertise in system analysis and process improvement.
Troubleshoot system issues as they arise and submit trouble tickets as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
This role requires expertise in system analysis process improvement and technical documentation to support and enhance iCE Workflow and Business Objects systems. Strong knowledge of business process automation data reporting system functionality testing and compliance requirements is essential. Key skills include troubleshooting change management data interpretation technical writing and user training. The role demands the ability to analyze complex system specifications identify improvement opportunities and translate business needs into system enhancements. Closely related Korn Ferry competencies include Tech Savvy (optimizing and troubleshooting system functionality) Manages Complexity (analyzing system specifications and identifying solutions) and Optimizes Work Processes (implementing system improvements for efficiency and accuracy).
Bachelors degree and at least one year of experience in system analysis data reporting or business process improvement.
An equivalent combination of education and experience substituting one year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.
Five or more years of experience in analysis and or design of a Provider Enrollment Workflow MMIS iCE and Business Objects

Must be able to remain sitting for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
