Primary Focus Final Quality Control (FQC):

Perform post-repair inspections on reconditioned vehicles
Verify mechanical cosmetic and safety-related repairs meet company standards
Ensure all work is complete and the vehicle is road-ready before it reaches the sales floor
Test drive vehicles as needed to confirm proper operation
Collaborate with service body and reconditioning departments to resolve issues quickly

Requirements:

2 years of experience in automotive repair inspections or PDI/FQC roles
High attention to detail and quality control
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Valid Florida drivers license and clean driving record
ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtaintraining provided)
Comfortable working in a high-volume team-oriented environment
