Otis dveloppe son activit et recherche un Ingnieur Commercial New Equipment (H/F) pour intgrer notre Agence de Rabat
En tant quIngnieur Commercial et sous la responsabilit de votre Manager vous tes responsable de la vente de nos produits neufs sur votre primtre.
Interlocuteur privilgi de votre portefeuille clients: promoteurs architectes bureau dtudes entreprises gnrales administrations publiques et clients privs
Vos Missions:
Gestion des projets dinstallation dascenseurs
Prospection pour dvelopper de nouvelles opportunits
Gestion de la relation clientle et fidlisation des clients
Mise jour rgulire de la BDD clients sur CRM et des rapports dactivit
Chiffrage des affaires tude dengineering en collaboration avec le service technique le bureau dtude interne et les fournisseurs
Ngociation des contrats de ventes les modalits de paiement et les dlais de livraison
Assurer le recouvrement des crances auprs des clients
Profil:
Vous tes diplm(e) dune Ecole dIngnieurs ou quivalent bac5 avec une spcialit travaux/BTP
Vous justifiez dune premire exprience significative dans le management de projets dans le domaine de la construction
Vous tes reconnu(e) pour votre organisation votre autonomie votre attrait pour les dfis et votre capacit obtenir des rsultats concrets.
Excellente connaissance du franais et de langlais.
