What you will do:

• Mentor and nurture junior designers fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture by providing constructive feedback conducting regular design reviews and supporting the professional growth of the broader team.
• Work closely with product managers engineers and other stakeholders to gather requirements understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Lead the design process from concept to final delivery ensuring a high standard of quality and consistency.
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions. Demonstrate a solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods to be able to conduct user testing and validate hypotheses.
• Facilitate design workshops brainstorming sessions and ideation sessions to align with stakeholders.
• Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
• Help maintain design systems style guides and design patterns to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and accessibility standards in all design outputs.

What you will bring:

• 610 years of experience in product design with demonstrated impact in both execution and leadership
• Proven experience leading small teams ideally within fast-paced or cross-functional environments
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design product thinking and end-to-end problem solving across devises
• Experience with design systems prototyping and working within established brand and product frameworks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence product direction and advocate for design with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements

Desirable qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.
• Experience leading and mentoring design teams with excellent leadership and communication skills.
