Job Summary:

The Recon Department Associate plays a key role in ensuring both new and used vehicles are retail-ready. This includes inspecting vehicles managing minor repairs coordinating detailing and performing final quality checks. Youll be part of a close-knit collaborative team that works hard and takes pride in getting vehicles on the lot looking their best on time and up to our standards.

What Youll Do:

For Used Vehicles:

• Inspect incoming trade-ins and purchases for mechanical and cosmetic issues

• Coordinate reconditioning services including detailing light mechanical work and body repairs

• Track each vehicle through the recon process to ensure efficient turnaround time

Used or New Vehicles:

• Remove protective materials and install accessories as needed

• Ensure showroom and lot vehicles are clean fueled and presentation-ready

General Responsibilities:

• Communicate vehicle status clearly with service and sales teams

• Ensure recon area stays clean organized and safe

• Work as part of a team that supports each other and takes pride in the final product

Who You Are:

• A reliable motivated team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced hands-on environment

• Experienced in automotive service or detailing (preferred not required)

• Organized and detail-oriented
