Corewell Health South is offering an excellent opportunity to join our group of cardiovascular specialists at Lakeland Heart & Vascular. We are recruiting a full-time Interventional Cardiologist to join our team!
Provide primary health care services and consultation for patients and families focusing on wellness and health promotion and surgical care services as appropriate.
Group includes five interventional cardiologists three non-invasive and one electrophysiologist. Teams also includes the support of nine advanced practice providers.
Competitive compensation package includes generous signing bonus initial salary guarantee and the opportunity to bonus based on productivity. Dedicated rounding rotations in St. Joseph. Access to 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist EHR.
Procedures performed in St. Joseph at Corewell Health South St. Joseph Hospital in our beautiful new state-of-the-art Surgery Suite Cath Labs and Hanson Heart Center. This includes the opportunity to perform TEE cardioversion and pacemaker implantation.
Qualifications
Required Doctorate Graduate of approved Medical College
2 years of relevant experience Clinical experience Preferred
LIC-Physician (MD) - STATEMI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATEMI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-DEA Registration - STATEMI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association depending on age-appropriateness of patient population Upon Hire preferred Or
CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS) - AHA American Heart Association depending on age-appropriateness of patient population Upon Hire preferred
