This position is responsible for increasing sales and profit by growing key targeted professional customers within an assigned territory for the Lowes Business Unit. The position will service and grow existing customers; develop and implement business plans oversee program implementation and develop customer relationships to expand product offerings. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for growing the business through prospecting for new customers presenting sales opportunities product training and CRM utilization.

Job duties involve contact with customers which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods electronic equipment personal information store merchandise and other items of value and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
FORMAL EDUCATION:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent (ie GED)
Preferred:
Bachelors degree in business-related field
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
At least one (1) year of experience working in retail sales or customer service position or completion of a Sherwin-Williams Development Program
Ability to work a flexible work schedule. This includes evenings and weekends with up to 9 Saturdays per year.
Preferred:
Previous experience selling through Big-box and/or home improvement channel
Previous experience selling to professional customers/end user
Previous experience selling paint home improvement/decor and building products
TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
Must have the ability to learn to operate the in-store tinting machines
Must be able to operate an iPhone & computer
Preferred:
Previous paint/coatings experience
