What Youll Do
This isnt a clipboard-and-paperwork kind of gigyoull be at the heart of the action helping patients and supporting our clinical team every step of the way.
Patient Care & Support
- Welcome Like a Pro: Greet patients with warmth and confidence. Youre setting the tone for the entire visit.
- Set the Stage: Escort patients to exam rooms and make them feel at ease.
- Vitals Matter: Accurately measure and record blood pressure pulse weight and more into the EHR.
- Be the Expert: Document patient symptoms and medical history with precisionnothing slips through the cracks.
- Administer with Confidence: Perform injections vaccinations and other treatments with skill and care.
- Educate & Empower: Explain procedures and aftercare so patients feel confident about managing their health.
- Hands-On with Diagnostics: Collect blood and urine samples to support accurate evaluations.
- Keep It Moving: Schedule follow-ups coordinate with specialists and make sure the care plan stays on track.
Pain and Sports Medicine Expertise
- Understand the Body: Support patients recovering from injuries managing chronic pain or improving physical function.
- Assist with Procedures: Work with physicians on treatments like joint injections physical therapy referrals and pain relief strategies.
- Athlete and Active Lifestyle Support: Educate patients on injury prevention recovery strategies and performance enhancement.
- Rehab Coordination: Help manage patient care plans track progress and adjust as needed to maximize recovery outcomes.
Team Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Be a Team Player: Work side-by-side with physicians nurses and therapists to deliver seamless care.
- Step Up: If something needs to be done youre on it. No hesitation.
- Improve the Game: Help identify opportunities to improve patient flow reduce wait times and increase overall efficiency.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Were not looking for someone who just punches the clockwe want someone whos all-in for the mission.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a pain management or sports medicine clinic is required.
- Experience in a fast-paced clinical setting preferred.
- Phlebotomy experience strongly preferred.
Skills & Mindset:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
- Strong attention to detailbecause precision matters in healthcare.
- Proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
Education:
- Completion of Medical Assistant coursework or equivalent experience.
- Current certification preferred but not required.
