YARD LEAD:

WHAT YOULL DO

As our Yard Lead you will be in a fast-paced role that will ensure our yard and equipment is organized clean well-maintained and ready for our customers. Every day you will perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment including troubleshooting diagnosing problems and making the necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner. Youll also conduct equipment check-ins steam clean wash and fuel equipment keep the shop clean inside and out and more!

This team member will work outside in all weather conditions; their shift will run Monday- Friday from 7:00 or 8:00 am 5pm with frequent overtime.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Self-starter with the drive and ability to work without direct supervision; the ability to prioritize multiple requests.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Experience operating construction equipment and forklifts as well as loading and unloading trucks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to frequently lift and move 50 lbs.
  • Drivers license with a good driving record.
  • Working knowledge of equipment and one or more years of experience working on equipment preferably in the construction industry is a plus!

Compensation: $21.72/hr (Depending on Experience)
