Job Description
Job Title: Senior Quality Analyst (QA) Digital/eCommerce & Omnichannel
Location:Montral/Brossard (Hybrid 50% Onsite)
Duration:6 Months
Hours:35 Hours/Week
About the Role:
Were looking for aSenior QA Analystto play a key role in delivering high-quality digital solutions for ourDirect-to-Consumer (D2C) Retailinitiatives. Youll ensure seamless functionality acrosseCommerce ERP Order Management Payment Systems and moredriving transformation and enhancing customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and executetest plans scripts and strategiesfor digital solutions (Commerce ERP Finance etc.).
Performmanual and automated testingfor web applications APIs and backend systems.
Validate data integrity usingSQL queriesand ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify log and troubleshoot defects escalating critical issues as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital Product Marketing SAP) to align testing with business goals.
What Were Looking For:
5-8 yearsof hands-on experience inmanual testing with exposure to automation tools.
Strong background inretail/eCommerce omnichannel projects orSAP implementations.
Expertise intest planning script development and defect tracking.
Proficiency inSQL for data validationand familiarity withAPI testing.
Bilingual (English & French) Excellent communication skills.
Education:Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or related field.
