In this role you will lead an enthusiastic team dedicated to supporting our critical technology systems guiding business partners and end users with industry best practices solution design and creating long-term value for our customers.

Responsibilities:
Integrate the UI of new products and features
Implement relevant JavaScript using Angular
Define and code new API endpoints (Java/WebApi)
Create and upgrade core console applications
Handle CI/CD process changes in the pipeline
Define technical requirements and restrictions for new tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines
Actively participate in grooming sessions with other tech teams product and professional services
Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Support client-facing teams with live inquiries
Manage planning across multiple projects varying in size
Monitor team performance and project progress adjusting plans and resources as necessary
Mentor team members in both technical and soft skills
What Were Looking For:
8 years of experience in software development
Hands on experience of full stack development in Java including APIs frontend code (ideally Angular) and console applications
Experience in people leading skill
Computer Science . university degree or equivalent
Understanding of RDBMS SQL and NoSQL alternatives
Fluent in English (required)
Experience with AWS cloud platform
Familiarity with test-driven CI/CD frameworks
Experience with Agile software development methodologies
Good knowledge and understanding of Git
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with local and remote teams across multiple time zones
