About Healthcare:
The Healthcare Service Line works with pharmaceutical biotech medical device manufacturers and technology companies throughout the project lifecycle from early-stage strategy to launch of a new product to product optimization. In addition to custom research the Healthcare Service Line also works on therapeutic centers of expertise in Oncology Autoimmune Virology and more.
As a Senior Research Analyst you will:
- Develop a deep understanding of what drives consumer behavior gathering opinions usage and interests through survey research to support our clients decision making
- Learn to expertly manage and facilitate all phases of a market research study
- Design surveys that address the clients business questions
- Manage project timelines ensuring that all milestones are met
- Work closely with colleagues to oversee all operational components of projects
- Perform quality checks at various stages of the research to ensure accuracy
- Analyze and interpret survey results
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Being a team player. Enjoy working with others and being part of a collaborative environment
- Background and/or familiarity with quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Bachelors degree
- Driven and highly motivated
- Exceptionally responsible and productive
- Comfortable stepping out of comfort zone
