Level 3 Montessori Teacher
Salary: Up to 31000

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent All Year Round

Are you a passionate and qualified Level 3 Montessori Teacher who believes in child-led learning and respectful teaching practices Our client a welcoming and well-established Montessori nursery is looking for a dedicated teacher to join their nurturing team.

This beautiful setting includes calm carefully prepared environments and access to natural outdoor spacesideal for helping children grow with confidence independence and curiosity.

What Were Looking For:

  • A Level 3 Montessori qualification (or equivalent).
  • A deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and pedagogy.
  • A warm calm and respectful approach to guiding children.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and supporting every childs well-being.
  • Prior experience in a Montessori or early years setting (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

As a Montessori Teacher you will:

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with Montessori principles and the EYFS framework.
  • Prepare and maintain an inspiring child-centred environment with Montessori materials.
  • Support childrens natural development through observation and individualized planning.
  • Foster independence concentration and self-motivation in each child.
  • Build strong relationships with families and work collaboratively with the team.
  • Maintain accurate developmental records and contribute to a nurturing inclusive learning space.
