Job Description

Auditorium Works a leading company in the architecture and planning industry is seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team as Office Staff. As a member of our office staff you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities providing essential administrative support to our teams and contributing to the overall success of our projects. We are looking for proactive individuals who possess excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Tasks

  • Manage and organize office files documents and records efficiently.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings appointments and coordinating calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails and phone calls professionally.
  • Handle Clinet Meetings and Requirements.
  • Support the preparation of reports presentations and other business documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and provide administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
