Tasks
Your Role & Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML systems that handle thousands of concurrent users
- Design real-time processing pipelines for audio transcription and AI response generation
- Build robust integrations with major CRM platforms and communication tools
- Establish engineering best practices code quality standards and deployment processes
Strategic Contribution:
- Collaborate on product roadmap and feature prioritization
- Make critical technical decisions that impact company scaling and performance
- Work directly with users to understand technical requirements and pain points
- Balance technical debt management with feature velocity and user needs
Team Development:
- Define hiring criteria and lead technical interviews for engineering roles
- Mentor and develop junior engineers as the team grows
- Foster a culture of innovation quality and continuous learning
- Represent the company at industry events and technical conferences
