Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically strong Senior Automation Anywhere Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for driving complex automation projects collaborating with cross-functional teams (including other vendors) and ensuring the successful delivery of automation solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop test and deploy Automation Anywhere bots and solutions for diverse business processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders business users and external vendors to gather requirements provide technical guidance and ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert for Automation Anywhere offering mentorship and best practices to other team members.
- Handle technical challenges diplomatically while working with multiple vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to bot development and deployment.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation solution design documents and user guides as needed.
- Ensure adherence to automation development standards coding best practices and security guidelines.
- Participate in code reviews solution design workshops and process optimization initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Automation Anywhere (A2019/AA360 preferred) with proven track record of delivering robust automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts best practices and bot lifecycle management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work diplomatically and effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Experience with bot control rooms bot migration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python JavaScript VBScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with process analysis process mapping and business process reengineering is preferred.
- Professional certifications in Automation Anywhere are a plus.
