Job Summary OTR (Certified Hand Therapist)
- Coordinate and direct patient care services for patients of all ages.
- Evaluate and assess patients; develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- Regularly assess and modify treatments to achieve patient goals.
- Educate patients and caregivers about therapy and care plans.
- Produce timely and high-quality documentation that meets professional and regulatory standards.
- Collect and analyze outcome data to monitor patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
- Communicate clearly and appropriately with physicians staff and hospital leadership.
- Demonstrate understanding of treatment costs budgeting staffing billing/coding and procedural planning.
- Work full-time on-site at Western Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Physical Therapy.
- Maintain required certifications and licensure in Occupational or Physical Therapy and Hand Therapy.
