We are searching for a talented RN-Care Navigator
Hours:24 flex 32hrs
Shift: Day shift; 8:00am - 4:30pm
Location: Cancer Center - 506 Prospect Street in Fall River and 206 Mill Road Fairhaven MA; Required to float between Fall River and Fairhaven clinics.

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
- A Bachelor of Science (BSN) in Nursing or the equivalent education and experience is required.
- Four (4) years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a related setting is required.
- Previous training as a care navigator coordinator or manager is highly desirable.
- Previous ambulatory/outpatient experience is preferred.
- Ability to multi-task handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment required.
- Knowledge and clinical expertise in community services available to patients and their families required.
- Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Obtain additional certification as indicated for assigned patient population within two years.
- Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Obtain additional certification as indicated for assigned patient population within two years.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
- Oncology experience is preferred.
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
