Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Nurture the development of RBTs BTs and BCBA candidates through clinical supervision and mentorship
  • Support clients and families directly nurturing meaningful bonds and maintaining the highest standards of compassionate and ethical care
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions to promote skill development and behavioral success
  • Work in partnership with a supportive multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment
  • Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP AFLS ABLLS Functional Behavior Assessments etc.) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Participate in ongoing training professional development and leadership opportunities

Must-Have Qualifications:
