Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Nurture the development of RBTs BTs and BCBA candidates through clinical supervision and mentorship
- Support clients and families directly nurturing meaningful bonds and maintaining the highest standards of compassionate and ethical care
- Utilize evidence-based interventions to promote skill development and behavioral success
- Work in partnership with a supportive multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP AFLS ABLLS Functional Behavior Assessments etc.) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Participate in ongoing training professional development and leadership opportunities

Must-Have Qualifications:
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
* Masters degree in ABA Psychology Education or a related field
* Experience in developing and overseeing ABA programs
* Strong leadership and mentorship skills
* Commitment to ethical compassionate and evidence-based practices
