Position Summary...
The Manager Business Analysis and Insights - Risk Analytics will coordinate complete and oversee job-related activities and assignments. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate and Oversee Activities:
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Support plans to meet customer and business needs.
- Communicate goals and measure progress.

Supervision and Development:
- Hire train and mentor associates.
- Assign duties and provide recognition.

Ensure Compliance:
- Implement action plans supporting company values and ethics.

- Guide on applying company policies in business processes.
Customer Service and Reporting:
- Provide reports and communicate results.
- Prepare information and documentation.

- Support stakeholder relationships and resolve issues.
Market Insights:
- Communicate data insights and market trends.
- Advise on next steps and propose improvements.
- Promote the application of insights for decision-making.
Manage Processes:
- Establish timelines workflows and requirements.
- Support training and verify documentation.
- Manage key processes and controls.
Customer Requests and Needs:
- Utilize analytical tools for data reporting.
- Analyze delivery methods and identify solutions.
Data-Driven Analysis and Insights:
- Evaluate analytical needs and report insights.
- Collaborate with partners for data-driven strategies.
- Provide expert advice on best practices.
