Job Summary
Job Description & Summary
Help leading global clients transform how they manage contracts. Were looking for a CLM Analyst/Consultant with experience in platforms like Icertis Sirion Agiloft Conga or similar. Youll work with cross-functional teams to modernize contracting reduce risk and drive compliance.
We are looking for:
CLM Analyst/Consultant
Your future role:
Leading or supporting CLM solution implementations across industries
Gathering and analyzing client requirements with legal procurement IT and business teams
Translating business needs into technical/functional solutions
Configuring CLM platforms and supporting custom development
Supporting testing training change management and go-live
Providing ongoing enhancements and best-practice recommendations.
Apply if you have:
Knowledge of contract lifecycle stages (request to renewal)
Experience in stakeholder engagement and process mapping
Familiarity with procurement sales or legal contracting challenges
Skills in workshops user stories or BRDs
Hands-on experience with at least one major CLM or related platform
Experience with configuration workflows clause libraries and metadata modeling.
Nice to have:
Data migration integrations (ERP/CRM) and reporting tools
Tools like Jira Confluence Excel or Power BI
Degree in Business IS Economics or related field
Certifications in CLM platforms PMP Agile or Scrum.
