Join our dynamic CLM Team and help global clients optimize their contract lifecycle management (CLM) strategies. We are seeking a skilledCLM Analyst/Consultantwith hands-on experience in leading CLM platforms such as Icertis Sirion and others. Youll be part of a high-performing team helping clients modernize their contracting processes reduce risk and improve compliance across the enterprise.
We are looking for:
CLM Analyst/Consultant
Your future role:
Leading or supporting CLM solution implementations across industries
Collaborating with clients legal procurement IT and business teams to gather and analyse requirements
Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
Configuring CLM platforms or support custom development teams
Assisting in testing training change management and go-live activities
Providing post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Apply if you have:
Strong understanding of end-to-end contract lifecycle processes or parts thereof (Request Authoring Negotiation Approval Execution Obligation Management Renewal/Amendment Reporting)
Experience in stakeholder engagement and business process mapping
Familiarity with common contracting challenges in either all or any of: procurement sales and legal
Experience facilitating requirement workshops and creating user stories or BRDs
Hands-on experience with at least one major CLM platform or similar software (e.g. Icertis Sirion Agiloft Conga Coupa SAP Ariba or DocuSign CLM or eg. TrustOne ServiceNow for Legal low code platforms)
Experience in platform configuration workflow design clause libraries and metadata modelling
Nice-to-have: Understanding of data migration integration (e.g. with ERP/CRM systems) and reporting tools
Nice-to-have: Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence Excel and data visualization platforms (e.g. Power BI)
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Information Systems Economics or a related field
Nice-to-have: Certifications in Icertis Sirion or other CLM tools
Project management certifications (PMP Agile or Scrum) are a bonus.
