Handling Import Documentation
Preparing Checklist with Visual Impex Soft
Find H.S. codes Duty structure with tariff book
Maintaining DSR report.
Preparation of Quotation Bill & Sending the same to consignee
Making Custom Duty & Stamp Duty payment
Trace the shipment status through websites and by personal contact to shipping lines and freight forwarders.
Update Client for shipment status
Arrange to collect the delivery orders from shipping line & freight forwarders.
Good communicate to party with mail and Personal contact
Resolving customers queries with the help of custom clerk team
