Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database inquiries and online leads.
Identify and qualify interested buyers and investors.
Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients. Explain property details pricing and features to prospective buyers.
Answer customer queries regarding property location payment plans and legal documentation.
Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Arrange and confirm site visits for interested clients.
Coordinate with the sales team and real estate agents for property tours.
Keep track of client appointments and ensure timely follow-uppercase potential buyers to consider available properties and close deals.
Handle objections and provide solutions to customer concerns.
Assist in documentation and transaction processes when needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions inquiries and follow-ups.
Update and manage the database of leads in CRM software.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on call performance and lead conversion.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and persuasive skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of real estate properties and legal processes
Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills
Proficiency in CRM software and data entry
