What will you do
Own the full sales process from first contact to contract signature (full-cycle role)
Research and prospect new clients across the Benelux region
Run outbound campaigns through multiple channels (phone email etc.)
Present live platform demos to decision-makers (C-levels HR Directors Travel Managers etc.)
Lead sales negotiations from discovery to closing
Forecast sales revenue and maintain visibility of deal pipeline
Represent the company at industry fairs and public events
Set Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders
Work closely with SDRs and Sales Team in a continuous feedback loop
Proactively suggest strategies to improve the sales process and drive growth
Candidate profile
Native Dutch speaker with solid English skills (spoken and written)
Minimum 1 year in a similar role or 2 years as a top-performing SDR
No excuses mindset and ownership of personal success
Eager to face challenges and raise the bar daily
Proactive problem-solver unafraid to take initiative or make mistakes
Adaptable to dynamic environments with evolving processes
Bonus: experience in SaaS sales business travel or startup environments
