What will you do

• Shape the future of security at RBC by designing developing and maintaining secure innovative solutions that streamline processes boost efficiency and unlock new possibilities.

• Lead the development of cutting-edge tools that enhance decision-making automate tasks and drive positive change across the organization.

• Mentor and coach junior technical staff fostering a culture of continuous learning secure development and collaboration within a dynamic team environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and technical design to testing deployment and post-implementation support.

• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including diagrams and walkthroughs to support feedback design development and debugging activities.

What do you need to succeed

Must-have

• 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on Python REST APIs and Containers

• Strong understanding of software design patterns principles and best practices

• Familiarity with Gen AI frameworks such as Langchain and experience with building and integrating AI models into applications

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working with cross-functional teams
  

Nice-to-have

• Working experience on large enterprise architecture designs/architecture models/solutions
