Job Description

Description
  • Collect analyze and interpret complex logistics data including inventory levels shipping times transportation costs and delivery performance.
  • Develop and maintain databases of logistics information ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Create and present detailed reports dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of implemented strategies.
  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within the supply chain including warehousing transportation inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to streamline operations reduce waste and improve service levels.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial impact of proposed changes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Support the planning and execution of inventory replenishment strategies.

Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.



Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field. Relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in a logistics analysis supply chain or operations role.
  • Strong ability to collect analyze and interpret large datasets identify trends and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUPs advanced formulas).
  • Experience with logistics software and systems (e.g. ERP systems CRM data visualization tools).
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present complex information clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
