The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Mid-Level Procurement Agent (Level 3) to join our Systems Contracts Team in Everett Washington.
The Contracts Procurement Agent plays a pivotal role in managing integrating and improving Boeings supply chain. As a Contracts Procurement Agent your responsibilities will focus on contracting strategy contract negotiation and supplier selection.
This role requires contracting knowledge negotiating and carrying out all aspects of BCA Supply Chain Contracts in support of production programs. Your primary duties include maintaining relationships with external companies and internal collaborators and negotiating cost recoveries engineering changes and contract extensions. In this role you will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will maintain contracts and statement of work within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.

Position Responsibilities:
Integrates program customer product and in-service strategies into source selection negotiation and contracting strategies.
Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
Conducts risk issues and opportunities management.
Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
3 years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)
3 years of experience with Procurement and Supply Chain processes
3 years of experience negotiating contractual terms and conditions
3 years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles
Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience drafting reviewing and negotiating contractual agreements
5 years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers and partners
5 years of experience working in a supply chain role which required you to perform supply chain activities in a formal or informal supply chain environment
5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word
