Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) 2 Days per Week Choose Your Days High Compensation
Location: On-site at Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living Facilities
Type: Part-Time Minimum 2 Days per Week (You Choose Your Days)
Compensation: High Pay Pay Per Encounter

In partnership with Telos Health Systems we are currently hiring Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to provide high-quality behavioral health care in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs).
This is an ideal position for therapists looking for flexible scheduling autonomy and high compensationwith no billing or insurance admin tasks required.

Responsibilities
-
Conduct diagnostic assessments and initial mental health evaluations

Provide follow-up psychotherapy to residents in SNFs and ALFs

Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

Collaborate with facility staff and Directors of Mental Health
-
Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary care coordination when needed
Qualifications
-
Active LMFT LMHC or Psychologist license
-
Masters or Doctoral degree in mental health counseling marriage and family therapy or psychology
-
Experience working in behavioral health or long-term care preferred

Ability to work independently with remote support

Strong documentation and communication skills
