WHATS YOUR DAY LIKE
As an Assistant House Manager for our childrens program you play a pivotal role in creating a therapeutic haven where every students physical emotional and behavioral well-being is the top priority. You lead by example showcasing adaptive life skills and nurturing a supportive environment. Working as a crucial part of a collaborative therapeutic team you assist the House Manager in ensuring on-site management in the assigned residence. This includes monitoring quality assurance staff training and scheduling of personnel.
The children under your care rely on you for their safety and welfare and you take this responsibility seriously. Your direct accountability to the House Manager or Residential Director ensures you receive the supervision and training you need. With a flexible schedule to match the ever-changing demands youre ready to make a positive impact on the lives of those in your care!
