Job Qualifications
- Alignment with Company Culture: Demonstrates understanding and enthusiastic agreement with the Vision Goals and Core Focus of Travis Electrical Service LLC.
- Experience: 5 years in the trade 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Licensure: Preferred Journeyman or Masters license.
- Leadership Skills: Proven supervision and communication skills and genuine involvement in the EOS model.
- Background Check: Must pass background and drug screening.
- Jobsite Safety: Must maintain a safe jobsite and have knowledge of OSHA Regulation
- Equipment and Tools: Proficiency in electrical tools and heavy equipment.
- Site Inspection Experience: Experience with jobsite inspections.
- Blueprint Reading: Proficient in blueprint and schematic reading.
- Technical Expertise: Experienced in installations including control systems.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Skilled in testing and diagnostics.
- Training Ability: Experience training junior electricians.
- Electrical Code Knowledge: Familiarity with NEC and local codes.
