Job Description
Sr. Construction Project Manager

- Oversee all phases of construction projects including coordinating labor materials and equipment; ensuring adherence to project specifications; maintaining open communication with clients; and keeping the project on schedule.
- Collaborate with Estimators and manage the full contract lifecycle from start to finish.
- Compile billing quantities by working closely with field superintendents and foremen to gather accurate field data.
- Manage all project-related accounts receivable (A/R) functionsreview and reconcile monthly quantities generate pay applications and track payment status.
- Handle cost control activities including reviewing and approving project expenses and labor conducting financial audits at project closeout and evaluating cost-saving best practices.
- Submit material data sheets and project schedules to clients as needed.
- Participate in pre-bid and pre-construction meetings to review interpret and communicate client blueprints specifications and contract documents.
- Develop project phasing plans and obtain necessary traffic control permits.
- Ensure that all required project permits and utility locates are secured.
- Communicate change order details to the estimating team for pricing and relay updates to both clients and internal stakeholders via phone email or other channels.
- Coordinate with client representatives on billing confirmations and collaborate with subcontractors and vendors throughout the project.
- Support special assignments and projects as directed by management.
- Adhere to all on-site safety requirements including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats safety glasses and high-visibility vests.
- Work effectively in a team setting with diverse individuals demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.
