Job Description
This role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all Electrical Civil and Plumbing and fire fighting aspects of projects. The role involves design review project execution compliance management budgeting and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless MEP operations.
Assist in MEP designestimationdevelopment and provide technical guidance to design and estimation construction teams.
Develop detailed engineering scopes of work and review consultant submissions.
Ensure all designs and installations comply with local and national engineering codes.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to engineering standards and project requirements.
Support contractors by providing MEP-related guidance review and coordination.
Ensure material specifications meet quality standards and oversee testing/commissioning activities.
Monitor project budgets optimize costs through value engineering and efficiency strategies.
Plan and schedule MEP resources to meet target timelines and project deadlines.
Coordinate with consultants contractors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Develop and evaluate engineering studies specifications and performance assessments to improve project efficiency.
