Job Description:
DevOps Engineer*
1 x EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) DevOps Engineer:
Strong Kubernetes knowledge (ideally CKA certification level)
Strong experience of AWS systems and services including EKS ECR IAM Secrets Manager ACM
Experience of configuring EKS with additional components including ingress integrations with AWS ELB certificate management and IAM integration
Expert Terraform knowledge and experience in building modules for solutions with EKS
Understanding of Obserability patterns for EKS and enabling these in solution delivery
High level knowledge of RDS and configuring MSSQL on RDS
1 x DevOps Pipeline Engineer:
Expert knowledge and experience of GitHub Actions for CI/CD
Familiarity with configuring and using self hosted GitHub Actions runners
AWS knowledge and experience of Security Groups
Ability to build integrations that can action deployments from GitHub Actions via REST API integrations with target systems
Understanding and practical experience of using common authentication mechanisms for interacting with REST APIs i.e. OAuth
Advantageous - experience of utilising Terraform with AWS
