Cabinet Maker
Location: South West London
Full-time 32k (Based on experience)

Our client is a high-quality bespoke furniture manufacturer based in South West London. As an employee-owned business they are proud of their collaborative culture expert craftsmanship and forward-thinking approach. Their work spans an exciting mix of projects for top-tier corporate clients and UK institutions blending creative design with meticulous execution.

They are currently seeking an experiencedCabinet Makerwho shares a passion for excellence and is ready to grow into a leadership role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual who enjoys varied hands-on work and is looking to advance toward project leadership or workshop management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft bespoke high-end cabinetry and furniture to the highest standards
  • Skilled in veneering machining solid wood conversion and traditional hand-tool techniques
  • Accurately interpret and work from technical drawings
  • Maintain full ownership of projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure a safe tidy and efficient workshop environment
  • Plan and manage project schedules
  • Coordinate with the buyer to manage materials and supplies
  • Supervise and support a small team to deliver projects on time and to spec

Skills & Experience

  • At least 3 years experience in cabinet making or a closely related field
  • Strong communicator with a solutions-driven practical approach
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • A proactive responsible attitude and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
