PA / Studio Coordinator

Location: Shoreditch Central London

Salary: 26000 - 28000 per annum

Introduction:
An exceptional opportunity has become available for a PA / Studio Coordinator to join an award-winning independent international design studio. With a dynamic and diverse portfolio across multiple sectors and scales they are known for delivering imaginative sustainable lighting design that transforms spaces and experiences. Based in a beautifully refurbished studio near Shoreditch they offer a vibrant and collaborative work environment.

This opportunity would be ideal for a Studio Coordinator Team Assistant or PA with proven experience in creative or architectural studios and is confident using Microsoft Office and other general admin software.

Package:

  • Salary: 26000 - 28000 per annum
  • 20 days holiday (increasing to 25 after 2 years service)

Office:

  • Shoreditch London
  • Full-time standard office hours

Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors answering calls and managing the studios general appearance
  • Organising travel and accommodation for designers and Partners
  • Supporting diary inbox and task list management for Partners
  • Overseeing studio supplies post couriers and liaising with landlords and third parties
  • Assisting with marketing including events and literature requests
  • Managing general project administration and office databases

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a studio assistant office coordinator or PA role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proactive and adaptable approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning studio systems
  • Professional communication skills both verbal and written
  • A team player who enjoys supporting others in a creative environment
