About the Role
We are A casual & hypercasual game publisher combined with a leading loyalty platform) and are looking for a Senior Unity Developer to help shape the future of mobile gaming. In this role youll be at the heart of building improving and optimizing mobile games across iOS and Android. Youll work alongside designers artists and fellow developers to deliver smooth and delightful gaming experiences enjoyed by millions.
Headquartered in Berlin and fully bootstrapped weve built a profitable fast-growing company with a remote-first impact-driven team.
What Youll Bring

5 years of experience building mobile games with Unity (iOS & Android)

Solid skills in C# and deep knowledge of the Unity ecosystem

Familiarity with optimizing game performance for different devices

Experience with hybrid monetization models (ads IAP)

Bonus: Hands-on integration with SDKs like Firebase Max Applovin IronSource

Experience using analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude GameAnalytics)

Passion for mobile games and a strong sense of what makes them fun

Confident with Git or other version control systems

Team player with great problem-solving skills
-
Nice to have: Experience in the hypercasual gaming space
What Youll Do
Design develop and fine-tune mobile games using Unity

Collaborate closely with designers and artists to build engaging features

Offer technical feedback throughout the game design process

Keep up with Unity updates and mobile gaming trends

Document your code and technical solutions clearly

Debug and resolve performance or gameplay issues
