Join our team as an Onboarding Property Manager a client-facing role designed to guide new single-family property owners through the first 90 days of their partnership with us. This position is all about connection communication and setting the foundation for long-term success.
What Youll Do
As the bridge between our New Business department and our Residential Services team youll:
- Serve as the first point of contact for new clients helping them navigate our systems and processes with clarity and patience.
- Educate clients on our management protocols including maintenance procedures communication standards and financial reporting.
- Provide hands-on support with initial leasing documents rent collection and onboarding paperwork.
- Coordinate property inspections maintenance and turnover tasks to ensure readiness and compliance.
- Proactively communicate property conditions occupancy updates and potential challenges to clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development and prepare the formal transition to each clients permanent property manager sharing insights on client preferences communication styles and any unique concerns.

What We Offer
- Competitive salary - $68000 - $72000/yr
