We are seeking a Field Operations Specialist to join our team based out of Corporate Headquarters in Woodinville WA. Field Operations Specialistssupport the business by ensuring all quality standards are met for Corporate Housing Furnishings and Cleaning Services prior to a guest Operations Specialists perform a variety of duties to service our Corporate Housing apartments and external Furniture rental and Cleaning Services clients.
While team members are cross-trained on all job functions you will have a primary focus as listed below under Primary Functions.

Perform all tasks necessary to set up maintain and close out Corporate Housing staging and rental units

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit talk and listen. The employee is frequently required to use their hands. The employee must have the ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse and the ability to dial answer and talk on a telephone. The employee is frequently required to walk and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. This job requires the ability to occasionally work in stressful conditions and remain focused for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; boxes documents and/or other items.
