Elim Wellspring Assisted Livinga Cassia community is hiringCaregivers to join the team inPrinceton MN.
As aCaregiveratElim Wellspring Assisted Livingyou will provide person-centered care to our residents supporting them with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing shampooing of hair and medication administration while promoting dignity independence and position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others.
Position Type:PRN/ On-Call
Available Shifts:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Days)
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Evenings)
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Nights)
Wage Range: $17 to $20 / hour depending on experience
Shift Differential: $2 / hour for Night shift

Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
- Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
- Take and record temperature blood pressure weight pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties.
- Document services performed on computerized charting system.
- Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
- Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude reaction and appetite to the supervisor.
- Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair assist with showering/ bathing fingernail and foot care and medication administration.
- Pass medications.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Caregiver Qualifications:
- Must have experienceas a Caregiver Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA).
- Reliable.
- Apassion for geriatric care.
- Strong interpersonal and social skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Competitive Pay with experience-based raises
