Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop customized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to enhance strength mobility and coordination.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and care plans.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support patient care goals.
Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (required)
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of Kansas (required)
- Current CPR certification (required)
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality evidence-based care
