We are a fast-paced and reputable Rebar and Post Tension Cable Company seeking an experienced Post Tension Estimator / Detailer to join our team immediately. This role is essential in supporting the success of small to mid-sized residential and commercial construction projects by handling accurate estimating detailing and light project management duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates for post-tension and rebar jobs

Create shop drawings and construction details

Perform entry-level project management support

Communicate with clients and take orders professionally

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in estimating and detailing residential and commercial construction projects

Detailing
-
Shop Drawings
-
Customer Communication

Order Processing

Strong communication and organizational skills

Self-motivated dependable and proactive with a sense of urgency
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Working knowledge of AutoCAD

Familiarity with Shear 97 or ASA software

Experience using On-Screen Takeoff software
