Position Summary and Purpose:Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Service Department by dispatching and scheduling work orders utilizing technical applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL:
- Coordinates service or repairs on behalf of customers
- Assist in development and implementation of dispatching applications
- Create quotes for customer as necessary
- Schedule and confirm service calls
- Support efforts to collect competitive and VOC (Voice of the Customer) data
- Assist other departments as needed to maximize customer satisfaction
