Service Scheduler - Harrison OH (Job ID: 1232)

Position Summary and Purpose:Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Service Department by dispatching and scheduling work orders utilizing technical applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL:
- Coordinates service or repairs on behalf of customers
- Assist in development and implementation of dispatching applications
- Create quotes for customer as necessary
- Schedule and confirm service calls
- Support efforts to collect competitive and VOC (Voice of the Customer) data
- Assist other departments as needed to maximize customer satisfaction
Education and Experience:
REQUIRED:
- High school diploma/GED
Knowledge Skills Abilities Characteristics etc.
REQUIRED:
- Ability to successfully handle customer issues promptly and in a professional manner
- Ability to communicate effectively and accurately with customers
- Able to handle high volume of inquiries with motivation to solve customer concerns and issues
- Exceptional customer service skills
Physical Demands and Work Environment:The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Physical demands: Employee is occasionally required to stand walk sit use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Work environment:Office position. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
