We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team part-time. This role is essential to our mission providing therapy crisis support and service coordination for mental health clients in a variety of settings. As a Licensed Therapist with Carolina Outreach you will lead assessments design therapeutic interventions and collaborate closely with a team to deliver responsive person-centered care that empowers clients to achieve their mental health and independent living goals.

Our comprehensive programs include school-based therapy outpatient treatment psychiatric evaluations community support and substance use services.
Position Overview
We are seeking aFull-time Licensed Outpatient Therapistto provide individual and family therapy to clients aged three years and older. In this role you will collaborate with clients and their families or natural supports to assess strengths and needs develop treatment plans and deliver tailored therapy services. Compensation:The listed salary range is based on achieving a standard of 25 billable hours per week. This position is compensated based on a piece rate model the grid below indicates earning potential.
- Licensed Eligible or Resident:$56800 - $60400
- Fully Licensed:$60400 - $64000
- Unlimited Earning Potential
- Final compensation is determined by factors such as education licensure level experience and other qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Assessments:
- Conduct initial Comprehensive Clinical Assessments to determine diagnoses and treatment needs.
- Recommend appropriate treatment modalities and evidence-based practices.
Therapeutic Interventions:
- Provide individual and family therapy services directly or facilitate referrals as necessary.
- Collaborate with clients and their families to assess strengths identify needs and set treatment goals.
- Assist families with planning developing and implementing treatment and ancillary services.
Documentation and Review:
- Maintain accurate and timely records including service notes treatment plans and assessment tools.
- Regularly review and assess treatment progress to ensure goals are being met.

Qualifications
- Education: Masters Degree in Counseling Social Work Psychology or a related field.
- Licensure: Must hold a current mental health license in North Carolina (e.g. LCSW/A LCMHC/A).
- Preferred Skills: Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
