Milaca Elim Meadows a Cassia senior community is currently hiringLicensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional care to our residents.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)atMilaca Elim Meadows youll provide compassionate high-quality care to residents administer medications and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible ideal candidate is a skilled and dependableLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults. Position Type: Full-time
Shifts Available:
Evening 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Nights 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM
Wage Range:$27.58 - $31.25 / hour depending on experience
Bonus: $10000
Location:730 2nd St. SE Milaca MN 56353
Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents families and staff.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physicians orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager attending physicians and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Performs additional duties as required.
- Must have current MN RNlicense.
- CPR/ BLS certification preferred or willing to get.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
