ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a seasonal manufacturing position focused on operating UV printing equipment to produce high-quality personalized products. You will be a key part of our in-house customization process ensuring that each item is printed with care and precision.
While your main responsibilities will be centered around UV printing you may also support other production tasks as needed (e.g. quality control basic assembly).
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience with UV direct printing equipment and relevant software (e.g. Roland Mimaki or similar systems) is highly preferred.
- Understanding of digital printing techniques print file setup and troubleshooting.
- Bonus for proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with technology and machinery.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for color alignment and quality control.
- A team player who is patient friendly and communicative.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and optimize production workflow.
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. and being on your feet for most of the day.

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
- Regular working hours are Monday through Friday with availability on weekends as needed (scheduled in advance) project depending
- This is a seasonal position ending December 2025
- Pay: $21/hour
- Expected hours: 3240 per week
- Fully onsite
